Still amazing. My favorite this cart at this pod. You can't go wrong. We started doing it for take-out for the family in addition to date-night.

Best Mac I've ever had in my life. Hands down. That green sauce is incredible... you've got it figured out guys.

The food here is so delicious! It is fresh and the chicken is so juicy and crispy. My husband and I got variety of wing flavors and they were all so good! I ordered the maple bacon Brussels sprouts but they were okay. I did not really get the crunch of the walnuts and the Brussels sprouts were a little too soggy for my liking. The cashier and cook helped us choose our wing flavors and they did not disappoint. We got the jalapeño honey, honey BBQ, cilantro garlic and honey mustard. My favorite was the chicken Cesar salad - it was a hearty portion and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We would def come back again!

Omg!! I definitely recommend this place! You get a large amount! Definitely worth the price! The chicken wrap was so good! And the Parmesan Brussels were amazing! The food came out fast and the guy taking my order was super nice and friendly! Definitely check this food cart out!

I hadn't been here before but saw it on Uber eats and didn't want to pay service fees so I was so excited to come here for lunch while I was out in the field for work. I had literally no idea what to get and I asked the girl for recommendations. She told me that the Mac Meal was most popular, but her personal favorite is the tender twins tacos. I told her to give me the one that is her favorite. It didn't disappoint. I LOVED the sauce, its like a cilantro sauce. There's lettuce on the side that you can add on top of what's already in there which I liked. The tortillas are single stack (which I appreciated I hate when tacos double up on tortillas) and are lightly fried - enough to be crispy but still pliable. I will absolutely eat here again and continue to try new menu items.

We stop in here regularly because the chicken is amazing here! This stop I tried the fried cauliflower so I wanted to share how yummy it is! Huge pieces. Delicious sauce. Order it. Eat it. Leave happy!

Stopped in Happy Valley to enjoy some food cart cuisine. My first time trying Christina's Cartel Food Cart. They offered a variety of options. Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Wings, Salads, Wraps, Fried Chicken Tacos etc. I chose the Godfather Mac. The Chef kindly informed me that the Godfather Mac was REALLY big for 1 person. So I searched for another Mac dish. She was so kind to offer me a half size of the Godfather Mac. How nice!! I took her offer. Once I received my order, it smelled and tasted amazing. Creamy and savory with fried chicken strips, that were so moist. This was probably the best Mac I have had in a long time. It was a very gourmet kind of dish. I would definitely order from this cart again.

How have I not been hearing about this sorcery before today?! I tried the Money Mac and the kids meal portion of chicken tenders today and they were outstanding! I stopped by to let Christina know that this is some of the best food I've put in my mouth (cooked by someone other than myself, of course) since we moved to PDX 8 years ago! I usually hate chicken tenders because you get very little chicken and tender should not be even sarcastically implied. But the tenders were super moist (is there a brine, I wonder?) and that coating is MAGIC! So perfectly seasoned and cooked and the spicy peanut sauce was absolutely delicious. But the money mac... now... I am a pesto fiend! I will make some every week just to have on hand to add to various things and my Alfredo with pesto was a client favorite for years. But the addition of the lemon zest to this rich, creamy Mac n cheese with bright basil pesto sent my senses on a sweet little float into the clouds of happy, yummy feels. I was so blue today, and it just flipped the script. I practically danced back to the car with my leftovers knowing I'd get to have more with my dinner. HIGHLY recommend!

Okay, I gotta admit, fried chicken on a taco is a pretty stellar idea. Makes me wish I'd thought of it first! Our family had exhausted ourselves shopping for kids' clothes, and as anyone who has done that can attest, you work up quite an appetite doing so. I wasn't quite prepared to tackle any of the massive monster "burgers" like the DeNiro or the Scarface, so I stuck with the (assumedly) much lighter Saigon St. Tacos. While waiting, I made the rounds with the wife and kids, each of them ordering something from a different cart here at Happy Valley Station, then we grabbed a table and waited for our orders. Despite ordering first, mine came last, likely due to a logistical issue (there were no pickled carrots for my order, so I had to ask them to sub pickled onions instead. Tragic, but it happens. Gives me reason to come back and try again later, I guess. Fortunately, they were worth the wait. Thick breaded knuckles of white meat chicken, garnished with cilantro, sweet, spicy (and sticky) sauce, pickled carro...err, onions, in a chewy, deep-fried shell. Delicious! Did I mention that I ordered some of the Spicy Fried Brussels as well? Not yet? That's because I forgot, just like I forgot I'd ordered them when I finally picked up my meal. And while the Saigon St. Tacos were undeniably awesome, these crispy, savory little temptresses almost eclipsed my entree in how awesome they were! Whatever that sauce is, paired with the crushed chiles, is good enough to make Al Capone repent, and do his taxes. Minor hiccups aside, Christina's Cartel is a true heavy hitter. Everything was fresh, tasty, hearty, and worth every penny. The other carts at Happy Valley Station are going to need protection money if they're going to stay in business with such connected competition. When the food is this good, d'ya think I'm gonna eat at another cart? Fuhgeddaboudit!
